Shipping policy

Where we ship

At this time, UMAN ships exclusively within Belgium. We’re working on expanding to other countries soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in Belgium.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping (2–4 business days): €6.85 under 2kg and €7.50 between 2 and 5kg

• Free shipping on orders over €70.00

Subscriptions

For subscription orders, shipping costs are applied the same way as standard orders. You’ll only be charged once per delivery.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but please note that carrier delays (weather, strikes, holidays) are outside our control.
